Why, do you believe, is he doing so? 6) And Professor Lim, against this backdrop, the Trump administration continues to call Pyongyang "a nuclear power". Do you suppose this is a form of flattery intended to coax North Korea back to conversation? 7) Meanwhile, Soram, also last week, U.S. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard raised fresh concern about North Korea's nuclear capabilities. What exactly did she say? 8) Professor Lim, how do these latest events look to affect denuclearization efforts?
