The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation revealed the target of the yesterday’s attack in the city of Dnepropetrovsk in Ukraine. On the evening of July 28, 2023, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a missile attack on the control point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the missile strike hit a military facility. The goal of the attack with Russian high-precision weapons was achieved. The Russian Ministry of Defense did not disclose any other details.

On the evening of July 28, Russian missiles hit the building of the local administration of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in the city of Dnieper (Dnepropetrovsk). As a result of the missile strike, the building partially collapsed. The AFU control point was likely located there.

The Ukrainian media attempted to hide the real target of the attack, claiming that a residential building was allegedly hit. Fortunately, the multi-storey residential building located nearby was was not completed and the apartments there were not yet inhabited. Therefore, fortunately, numerous victims were avoided. The civilian building was possibly damaged by the explosive wave or shrapnel. It could also be another victim of poor training of Ukrainian anti-aircraft forces who failed to shoot down a Russian missile.

Ukrainian propagandists failed to hide information about the destruction of an important facility of the Ukrainian special services. As a result, Zelensky had to admit that Russia really struck at the building of the security service of Ukraine in Dnepropetrovsk.

The Kiev authorities declare that the SBU building was allegedly empty at the time of the strike. However, the huge number of ambulances seen in the area after the strike reveal that Kiev’s claims do not correspond to reality. The local media also shared an urgent appeal to donate blood, which confirms the large number of wounded as a result of the attack.
