• On July 24, the Russian Ministry of Defense recorded no cases of hostilities and ceasefire violations in Idlib region in the past 24 hours;
• On July 24, SNA’s Military Police carried out a security operation in Tal Abyad city. One SNA member was killed and an SNA leader was arrested during the operation;
• On July 24, unknown attackers riding a motorcycle attacked a HTS military vehicle in the Jabal al-Arbaeen area. Three HTS members were wounded;
• On July 23, a rocket attack targeted a vehicle belonging to SAA near Tadmur. Nine SAA servicemen allegedly were killed.
