Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation (“Toshiba”) has launched the “GT20N135SRA,” a 1350V discrete IGBT for use in voltage resonance circuits in tabletop IH cookers, IH rice cookers, microwave ovens and other home appliances.
